ACT-IAC Executive Session featuring Tim Schmidt, Acting CIO, DOT

Bio

Please join us for the first ACT-IAC Executive Session of 2013 where Tim Schmidt, Acting Chief Information Officer, US Department of Transportation will speak on the mission of the Department of Transportation and how IT supports achieving that mission. He will cover DOT priorities to address the mission and operational needs, the anticipated funding in the pipeline, and general timeframes for important procurements. He will provide a unique perspective for all of the agencies/modes within DOT.

The event will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM at The American Institute of Architects (AIA) building at 1735 New York Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006.

Who Should Attend: Federal Government and industry leaders looking to gain insight into the DOT IT world across all its internal agencies.

On-Site Registrations:
Any registrations that are accepted on site will be charged an additional $15 per event. Please note that on-site registration is not available for all events and is based on availability.
